Xcel 2 Fitness is an after school program for 3rd through 5th grade boys with a mission to use fitness to impact  character. The program is a six week curriculum that teaches speed, agility, strength, balance, and cardio while embedding teamwork, leadership, and goal-setting into each session. The program is held two days after school each week for an hour. After six weeks, all teams in the area meet at the BIG EVENT. The big event is a fun family event with a timed obstacle course challenge for each X2F team.
